He is survived by: his parents, Daryl Terry and Deborah Bauder; his wife Stephanie Myers; his grandparents, Robert and June Bauder; his parents-in-law, Karen Frazier and Russell Blood; his siblings, Staci Westerhoff (Chris), Dawn Morningstar, Joshua Walmer (Karin), Elizabeth Alsteens (Ed Johnson) and Michelle Mexico (David); and his sister-in-law Danielle Myers (Nate McGhan). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
