He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Shoberg and Nola Shoberg (Bowers); his former wife Darlene Caverly; his wife Joan Eilers; and his brother Ray Shoberg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lisman (Ted) of Spring Lake and Kimberly Shoberg-Duarte (David Duarte-Ojeda) of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Madalyn, Ethan Lisman, Cory and Lauren Taylor.
