Lysiak (Tracey) and Jeff Lysiak (Diane); his grandsons, Jake Lysiak (Ashlee), Travis Lysiak, Mason Lysiak, Gage Lysiak, Nathan Witkowski (Brandi) and Cody Witkowski (Nicki); and his great grandchildren, Layla, Ava and Carson.
