He was predeceased by: his sons, John H. Bultema II and Thomas J. Bultema. He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Kennedy (Bill) of Manistee, MI, Barbara Pennell (late Daye) of Muskegon, Ayne Bultema of Asheville, NC, Carol Lagerman (Bruce) of Dousman, WI, Liz Horgan (Timothy) of Spokane, WA, James Bultema (Renata) of Antalya and Paul Bultema of Seattle, WA.; and his sister Gloria Velting (Bill) of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
The Family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made either to the Berean Church or to Harbor Hospice, an organization which cared for him superbly during his last half year.
