John Paul Abair Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Paul Abair in Muskegon, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Abair and Sophie Abair (Pietkiewicz); his wife Martha Ivanick; his son Joseph Abair; and his siblings, Marie Abair and Richard Abair.
He is survived by: his son Paul Abair (Kristin) of Norton Shores; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Edwards of Florida, Sean Abair of Holland, Gabrielle McIntyre of North Carolina and Devin Rakowski of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (737 E Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (737 E Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442).
