He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Ward Clapp and Lena Pearl Clapp; and his siblings, Clifford, Marilyn, Pearl, Betty and Sandra.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Howard (Shane), Joseph Clapp (Jennifer Kreigh), Nicole Clapp and Andrew Clapp (Ashley); and his siblings, Arlene, Norma and Bill. He is also survived by extended family that includes many cherished nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
