She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie Puckett, Lynne Camp, Patricia Eichorst (Dennis), Katie Gordon and William O'Donnell Jr.; and her children, Melisa Lemke and Patrick Lemke Sr. (Kellie). She is also survived by relatives and dear close friends.
