She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Forman and Isabel Forman; her brothers, Robert and Bill Forman; her stepson Timothy Gale; and her brother-in-law Harold Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Gale; her children, Julie Snyder (Eric), Amy Campbell, Richard Gale (Lisa) and Nicholas Gale; her grandchildren, Brittany, Megan, Emily, Ashley (Josh), Kenneth, Jacob, Chase, Cameron, Mason, Nicholas Jr. and Andrew; and her siblings, Jack and Joyce. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
