She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard "John" and Ann Fox (Morven); her husband Fredrick O. Bisard; her children, Jon F. Bisard and Debora Juergens; her sister Carol Ristau; and her children, Denise and Mike Bisard. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID restrictions, a service will be planned for a later date.
