He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Barrera and Martha Barrera (Aleman); and his daughter Delores Davis. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Barrera (Dolliver); his children, Ann Beardsley (Brian), Jesse Barrera Jr. and Raymond Barrera; his sisters, Mary Link, Annette Jacobsen (William Jr.) and Martha Plichta (John); his grandchildren, David Jr., Brittany, Samantha, Shawn, Cheyenne, Autumn and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Amya, Nicolas, Anthoney and Cannon.
