He is survived by: his fiancée Tabitha Smith; his father Jerome Ellis Sr.; his children, Shane Ellis (Taylor Glomb), Jerome Ellis III (Dominique Smith), Darrius Ellis, Jaelen Ellis, Jordan Smith and Christine Bennett (Angela Brush); his grandchildren, Jayden Green, Dawson Hartwell-Ellis, Brynlee Ellis, Feliciana Ellis, Jerome Ellis IV, Elijah Ellis, Liam Bennett and Aubrianna Bennett; and his siblings, Alexander "Pete" Hayes (Jeanette Hussey) and Matia Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
