He is survived by: his wife Martha Kent Johnson; his children, Rick Johnson (Sherri), Chad Johnson (Maribel), Craig Johnson (Joy), Heidi Munoz and Heather Newville-Haney; his grandchildren, Brent, Danielle, Emma, Dakota, Aydin, Owen, Zachary, Trynity, Andrew, Addisyn, Evelynn-Mae and Ethan; and his siblings, Michael Sleaford (Leticia) and Nancy Sleaford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
