With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice K Desabrais of Muskegon, Michigan, born in Dayton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her husband David Desabrais; her parents, Carl Kolker and Rita Litkowski Kolker; and her brothers, Ray, Bill and Jim Kolker.
She is survived by: her son Mark Desabrais (Tiffany) of Winter Springs, FL; her stepson Dean Desabrais (Lisa) of Jeffersonton, VA; her siblings, Connie Kolker of Montrose, CO, Donna Patterson (Tom) of Rapid City, SD and Larry Kolker of Rio Rancho, NM; and her grandchildren, Logan (Heather), Brooke (Trevor), Drew and Ryan. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Janice's memory to Shriners Children's, as they provided Janice's much needed back surgery as a child. Donations can be made online or mailed to Shriners Children's, PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394.
