He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley James and Altha Fern Rutz (Pritchard); and his brother Tom J. Rutz. He is survived by: his children, Danica James and Dane Thomas; his wife Renee Marie Rutz; his sisters, Nancy Hart and Patty Bills; his nephews, Robert Hart (Crispin), Robert Wiley Bills and Collin Moore; his niece Jessica Dymond (Lindsey); his parents-in-law, James Keith Kenney and Susan Marie Meloche (Mike); and his brother-in-law James Keith Kenney II.
