He is survived by: his wife Judy Hamann; his daughters, Lisa England of Muskegon, Jody Hergenrader (Dave) of Holland and Lyndsi Weiss (Hal) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Eric England, Tyler England, Luke VanDam, Emily AmRhein, Megan AmRhein, Griffin AmRhein, Dexter Hynes, Ryder Hynes, Brock Weiss and Brett Weiss; his great grandchildren, Iris, Isaac, Cayden, Lilly, Leigha and Alexander; and his sister Shirley Schalk.
