He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Sikkenga (Mark Aker), Richard Donohue (Carol), Donna Sali (Frank) and Paul Donohue; and his nieces and nephews, Paula J. Sogard (Phil), Brenda L. Bice, Karla L. Rought (Rory), Maria G. Salisbury (Jeff), Diolinda E. Sali, Jamie Sampson (Jenn), Scott Dodge (Melanie) and Mike Fialek.
