James Neal DeVries Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2023, at the age of 87, James Neal DeVries (Muskegon, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick DeVries and Erma DeVries (Drent); his children, Paul DeVries and Lora Ritter; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Alice Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Davis; his children, Lisa Kling, Mark DeVries (Laura) and Susan Sidock (Jerry); his son-in-law Bill Ritter; his grandchildren, Alison Corradin (Tim), Dan Collinge (Kari), Justin Sidock (Amanda), Jacob Sidock and Sara Ritter; his great grandchildren, Layla, Finnley, Emalyn, Isla, Ashmore and Jovi; his sisters, Lois DeMarr and Donna Kooi; and his sister-in-law Janice Thornton.
