She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred (Frederick) Rochefort and Ida Marie (Robere) Rochefort; her husband William Carey (Bill); her son Frederick William Carey; and her brothers, Gerald Francis Rochefort (Bud) and Cletus Rochefort.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Jay Carey (Suyapa) of Eagle, Idaho and Randy Lee Carey (Kathryn Cunningham) of Galveston, Texas; her daughter-in-law Gwen Carey Laubach of Muskegon, Michigan; and her siblings, Joan Wallace, Frederick Rochefort (Junior) and Gene Rochefort. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and their spouses, and ten great-grandchildren.
