He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Sullivan and Dora A. Sullivan (Armstrong); his wife Helen Louise Altic; his stepdaughter Rayetta; his grandson David Mason; his great grandchild Hunter Walck; and his brothers, Michael Sullivan, William Sullivan and Gene Sullivan.
He is survived by: his sons, John Sullivan (Laura), James Sullivan (Jerri), David Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan (Maria); his stepsons, David Boyland (Barbara) and Brian Boyland; his daughters, Denita Hammerstrom (David), Sandra Mason (Karl), Theresa Franze (Joseph), Wendy Schultz (Keith) and Julie Brooks (Robert); his siblings, Barry Sullivan (Wendy), Gaylon VanHouten, Nancy Warmolts and Mary Lou Huffman; and his sister-in-law Carol Sullivan. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
