It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Cleveland (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cleveland and Lucy Cleveland (Haight); his sister Martha Morton; his former wife Ramona V. Cleveland; and his grandson Damien Johnson-Cleveland.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Cleveland; his children, Eva Peña (Jesus), Sylvia Altamira (Peter), Kathy Mahan-Cleveland (Kermit), Pamela Tyler, Susan Urbaniak (Michael) and Howard Cleveland Jr. (Deanna); his grandchildren, Enrique, Orlando (Guadalupe), Aurelia, Mariana, Isabella, Julia, Corrin, Aria, Ava, Wesley, Kyra, Lucy, Joseph, Cole and Hope Cleveland-Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kimberly and Orlando Jesus II; and his siblings, James Cleveland (Emmi), Harry Cleveland (Tere), Joy Dean (George) and Jeanne Graber (Dave).
