He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Perkins and Beatrice Perkins; and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Perkins; his children, Robert Perkins (Liggie), Kathy, Karen (Dave), Bruce and Dean Perkins (Lauren); and his siblings, Gary and Elaine. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
