He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Borreson and Esther Borreson (Christianson); his wife Evelyn; his children, Barbara Nelson (Mark) of Muskegon, Daniel Borreson (Dawn) of Newaygo, Gary Borreson (Janine) of Maple City and James Borreson (Lois) of Saranac; and his grandchildren, Rachel Piller (Greg), Gabe Borreson (Daisy), Levi Borreson (Erin), Erica Rovey (Derek), Evan Nelson (Cynthia), Rob Harrison (Carrie), Ingrid Miller (Nolan), Shealynn Franquez (Mani) and Trevor Nelson (Becca).
