It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald L. Jibson in Muskegon, Michigan, born in Ravenna, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jibson and Bertha Jibson (Plant); his wife Phyllis Jibson (Perron); and his siblings, Virginia Barnes, Phyllis Johnson, Cecil Jibson and Russell Jibson.
He is survived by: his sister Gloria Mann (Bill); his stepchildren, William Stevenson, Kristine Wesley (Bill) and Janet Crenno; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Mann Jr. (Cindy), Charles Mann (Kathy), Janis Kamp (Jeff) and Rhonda Cunningham (Kevin). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jibson Immanuel Baptist Church Memorial Fund will be appreciated.
