He was predeceased by: his wife Mary M. (Riley). He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol A. Thompson; his children, Eric and Lisa Malabad (Luke); and his siblings, Dick, Jim, Sue and Kathy.
Due to the imminent threat of transmission of COVID-19, there will be no immediate service or Celebration of Life gathering of Jerry's life.
