It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Eli Lakatos (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lakatos and Mary Lakatos (Szekely); his wife Mary Ellen; his son Michael; and his siblings, Mary, Veronica, Irma, Pete and Jim.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Anderson (Don) of Coopersville and Marlene Becklin (Ron) of Holton; his grandchildren, Kelly, Amy, Tricia, Ryan, Adam, Sarah and Josh; his great grandchildren, Madison, Andrew, Skyler, Owen, Wesley and Walker; his siblings, Theresa Kuzniar (Joe), Rosie Hartman, Margaret Jawor, Joe Lakatos, Alex Lakatos (Delphine) and Denny Lakatos; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Miller.
SERVICE Due to Covid-19, private family services will be held.
