He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Andy Salacina of Muskegon, Christine Nelson of Muskegon, Amy Cockrell (Joe) of Big Rapids and Sarah B. Decker (David) of Muskegon; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Skye, Elizabeth, Boden and Levi.
