It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Skinner of Muskegon, Michigan, born in Trimble, Tennessee, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James A. Rushing; her husband Donald Skinner; her son Walter Wayne Eaves; her grandchildren, Mary "Angie" Barnes and Harvey Allen Langlois; her mother Frances "Margaret" Kokx (Wilson); her stepfather Anthony Patrick Kokx; and her siblings, Stella Dagen, Marinda Wyant, Thomas Rushing and Timothy Rushing.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teressa Wilson (Ryan) of Muskegon and Kimberley Langlois (Allen) of Surprise, Arizona; her daughter-in-law Estela Eaves; her brother James D. Rushing; and her stepsiblings, Suzy Crawford and Terry Kokx. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
