She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Bennett; her stepparents, Ray Strang and Bessie Bennett; her brother Owen Bennett; and also Russell Dake.
She is survived by: her husband Frank of Norton Shores; her sisters, Darlene Paquin (Jerry Paquin) of Norton Shores and Lynn Belke (Frank) of Allendale; her sister-in-law Sue Bennett of Ravenna; her stepbrother Ken Berry (Diane); her sons, Lee Dake (Jennie Arguello) of Traverse City and Kevin Dake (Janet Merkins) of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Cherith Dake, Aaron Dake, Christy Finger, Jacob Dake, Alyson Orling, Sarah Haughn, Loren Haughn and Heidi Haughn-Palma; and also Frank Dake. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Kindred Hospice of Grand Rapids, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research, American Cancer Society.
