We bid farewell to Elroy David Brockopp of Muskegon, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 99. Elroy David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. William Brockopp and Martha Brockopp; his wife Ruth Krugler; and his brother Rev. Daniel Brockopp. He is survived by: his children, Judy Lovatt (late Ron), Karen (David Hammer), Jim (Kathy Hrastar) and Beth Paris (Andy); and his siblings, Eugene Brockopp (Dorothy) and Darlene Kreuger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (527 Taylor Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417).
