He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koslosky and Ann Koslosky (Simon); and his brother-in-law Robert Hegbloom. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Koslosky; his sister Judy Hegbloom; his nieces and nephews, Robert Hegbloom (Michelle), Lisa Artwick (Brian), Theresa Hardesty (David), Jodie Law (Lane), Eric Jankusky and Michael Jankusky; and his friend Henry Zack (Sue). He is also survived by seven great-nephews and great-nieces.
