He is survived by: his sons, Roger Whalen (Amy), Dan Whalen (Michelle) and Edward Whalen Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, David Whalen, Allyson Noordyke (Carson), Geddy Whalen, Taylor Whalen, Brady Whalen and Delaney Whalen; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Emersyn, Bella and Declan; and his siblings, Julie Shepherd (Jerry) and Robert Whalen (Kathy).
