He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Rutkowski (Ron) and Carla Brezina (Mike); his grandchildren, Jennifer June (Rob) and Alivia Rutkowski; his great grandchildren, Mya, Ava and Jax; his brothers, Eustace Collins (Sharon) and Dwayne Collins (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Virginia Collins.
