“I’m very heartbroken to know that one of my best friends is gone. I went up to McAuley on Sunday to go see her to find out she had passed. I loved seeing her while I volunteered as a kid and then when I got a job at the home. She watched me grow up. Such a spunky and kind hearted woman. Even with her memory not being strong as the years went on her face lit up every visit we had. God bless her and the family. I’m so thankful to have known her.”
