She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Meyers and Margaret Meyers (Boyink); her husband Richard Beishuizen, Sr.; her son Richard Beishuizen, Jr.; and her brothers, Raymond Meyers, Gerald Meyers and Paul Meyers.

She is survived by: her children, Judith Tromp (Corwin), Donald Beishuizen (Mary) and Joni Veeneman (Rudy); her daughter-in-law Susan Beishuizen of Muskegon; her sisters, Marilyn Postma (Chris) and Jean Talsma (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Janet Meyers. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

For a more lasting memory, donations in Doris' name can be made to Lake Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
