She was predeceased by: her father Jason Hozer. She is survived by: her mother Betty Carnes; her husband Jason Hozer; her daughter Hailey Hozer; her father-in-law James Hozer; and her siblings-in-law, Danielle Cady (Dean), Julie Bennet (Gary) and Richard Hozer (Jody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
