He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kelly and Helen Kelly (Kreiser); his son Joseph Kelley; and his siblings, Patrick Kelly, Jerry Kelly and Sharon.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Guthrie; his wife Sandy; his grandchildren, Zoe and Logan Kelley; his daughter-in-law Chris Wall; his brother Bill Kelley (Dawn); and his sisters-in-law, Deb and Rita Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines there will be no services at this time.
