He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collis and Clara Belle Collis (Schurkamp); and his son-in-law Gregory Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Gomez; his children, Brenda Peterson, Donald Collis (Cherrylee), Pamela Hunt and Peggie Collis; his grandchildren, Jacob Collis, Austin Collis, Joshua Collis, Miah Collis, Mickenzie Carey, Christopher Talley, Jeffrey Christiansen and Derrick Christiansen; his great grandchildren, Layla Christiansen, Harrison Christiansen, Charlotte Christiansen and Daley Christiansen; and his siblings, G. H. Collis (Ruth), Linda Brightbill (Jerry), Louise VanHuss (William), John Collis (Layne), Kathy Hitt (Bob) and Jeanne Lorton (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
