She is survived by: her husband Carl Forrest Jr.; her children, Amber Nichole Forrest and Michael Ryan Forrest; and her siblings, George Brewer (Deb), Cindy Forrest (Carl), Edward Brewer (Clara), Patti Brewer and Robert Brewer (Brenda).
