She is survived by: her husband Charles Zack; her children, Robert Zack (Kimberly), Julie Osborn (Todd) and Lori Smith (Rob); her grandchildren, Jessica, Paige, Cody, Patrick (Courtney), Logan, Todd Jr., Alyssa, Alexis and Emma; her great grandchildren, Skyler, Mason, Madelyn, Michael and Peyton; and her siblings, Christine Pomeroy, Larry Johnson (Jackie), Fred Johnson, Terry Johnson (Roxsanne) and James Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
