He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Allen and Mildred Allen. He is survived by: his children, Kowain Duncan and Dezell Allen Jr.; his siblings, Dollie Mae Allen, Kurt Bell, Rayfield Bell and Eddie Bell; and his close friend Kurt Glover. He is also survived by several grandchildren; brother.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Restlawn Cemetery (1400 Kenneth St, Muskegon, MI 49442).
