He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moore and Ruth Moore (Zeller); his wife Kathy Moore; and his siblings, Beth Coppedge, Rachelle Fotis and Larry Moore.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Mikkelson (Polly) and Jamie Moore; his grandchildren, Hannah and Haden Mikkelson; and his siblings, Scott, Jamie Moore (Cyndi) and Melody Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
