He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Hafner and Marian Hafner (Bettinger); his wife Sue Buschman; his daughter Lauren Hutchens (George) of Ann Arbor; his grandchildren, Margaret and William; his son Brent Hafner (Jessica) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Maddison and Chase; his sisters, Janet Yochens (John) and Jackie Steger; and his brother-in-law David Steger.
