She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley D. Barber and Reva A. Barber (Stockfisch); her husband Carlyle F. Leady Jr.; her son Randall J. Leady; and her sister Janet Hines.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Kotecki (Ed), Scott Leady, Deana Richter (Alan), Brenda Leady (Brian Plouhar) and Monica Slocum (Patrick Vance); and her brothers, Roger Barber and Neal Barber. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Dawn was a homemaker who cherished her family, was a dedicated Red Cross volunteer, and Kidney Foundation supporter.
