He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Owczarski and Anna Owczarski; his wife Barbara Owczarski (Seaver); his children, Ruthann Eilers (Tom) of New Era, MI, Rebecca Cook (Sam) of White, GA, Gregory Owczarski (Gloria) of Newport, OR and Pamela Balcom (Tim) of Montague, MI; his brother Thomas Owczarski of Stony Lake, MI; his nephew Tyler Owczarski (Jodi) of Zeeland, MI; his niece Teri Dean (Matt) of Vacaville, CA; his former wife Barbara Seaver; and his great-grandparent van. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
