He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lusk and Joyce Lusk (Vogelsong); and his brothers, Arthur Jr. and Richard Lusk. He is survived by: his friend Arms; his fiancé Shannon Montgomery; his son David Lusk Jr. (Jeannie); his partner's children, Brooklyn and RJ Ridge; and his siblings, Oradawn Villarreal, Timothy Lusk Sr. (Dawn), Ranee Dowdell, Joseph Lusk and Brenda Major. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
