He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Ace" Boelkins and Louise Boelkins; his wife Shirley Carpenter; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his sons, David (Sharon Jackson), Albert II (Kelli) and Robert (Silvia); his grandchildren, Tyler, Olivia, Tiffany, Makayla, Siyenna and Aubrey; his great grandchild Ava Jean; his siblings, Chuck (Yvonne), Sandy Gogas (Steve) and Karen Thompson (Jeff); his sister-in-law Cyndee; and his close friends, Pat, Karen Hoolihan, Leroy and Laura Whipple.
