He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Campbell and Louise Campbell (Mundt). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; and his children, Kimberely Dunlap (Jesse) and Charles Campbell (Jennifer). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 sisters and 1 brother, along with several stepchildren, step-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
