She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Scott Butler (Mary Hanson) and Kent Butler; her stepchildren, Mark Botten (Teri) of Twin Lake, Douglas Botten (Paula) of Wisconsin and Tammy VanFossen (Tom) of Muskegon; her sister-in-law Nancy Middlecamp of Muskegon; her nephews, Mark Middlecamp and Gene Middlecamp; and her niece Paula Justice. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
