He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Mastee (Ted). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Slater; his children, Alison and Ian; and his mother Nancy Mastee (Thomas).
Due to corona virus restrictions a funeral service will not be held.
Memorial Contributions in Daniel's honor can be directed to the family for his children's education.
