He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Medendorp and Violet Medendorp (Verhulst); his wife Barbara Medendorp; his parents-in-law, Anthony and Zoa Meinders (Wessel); his grandparents, Elner and Ellen Rohde; and his siblings-in-law, Lurena Hodgins (Bill), Frank Meinders (Marilyn) and Bob Meinders (Sally).

He is survived by: his children, Toni Stickle and Rick Medendorp; his siblings, Glenn Medendorp (Rita), Lewis Medendorp and Laurel Clivecooper; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Seidl, Marilyn Meinders, Tony Meinders (Ellie) and LeRoy Meinders. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
